RN - Pediatric Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plan of care while administering and monitoring prescribed medications. Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed and document all nursing actions, informing physicians and families accordingly. Supervise and direct caregiver efforts when involved in the client's plan of care, including completing supervisory visits for compliance reviews and competency assessments. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and state regulatory standards while working with management to address individual health needs.
