Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments while administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes, implementing preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible scheduling options including days, nights, and weekends.
