Job Summary
RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse responsible for direct, one-on-one medical care of pediatric patients in the home setting, including infants, children, and adolescents. Responsibilities include ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medications and therapies, coordination of care, and educating families on patient clinical care to improve outcomes. Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends) available; emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered home health nursing and rapid responsiveness to families’ needs.
