Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining standards of practice and coordinating activities for all assigned staff. Function within the organization's policies and procedures to ensure quality care in the Progressive Care Unit, which bridges intensive care and medical-surgical units. This role supports a team committed to safe, evidence-based care and may include participation in clinical research. Candidates must hold a current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and a nursing degree, with new graduates eligible for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting

- Advanced certification in field of specialty
