Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies, protocols, and the nursing process. Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, and monitor for side effects while documenting findings accurately. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, respond to medical emergencies, and participate in life-saving interventions such as CPR and code team activities. Manage complex medical equipment including ventilators and IV pumps, implement infection control protocols, and promote patient safety through adherence to National Patient Safety Goals. Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and post-discharge care. Requires 0-2 years of acute care experience, RN licensure, BCLS, and ACLS. Full-time Days shift with competitive rates and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
