Job Summary
Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients, monitoring conditions, administering medications, and managing recovery from surgery, accidents, or chronic complications. Collaborate with physicians to devise individualized care plans, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation. Educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits while spotting changes in patient conditions to act appropriately. Work on a 49-bed intermediate care unit with telemetry monitoring at a regional referral center in Kearney, Nebraska.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 5 months of hire
