RN Patient Recovery

Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional recovery support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate their rehabilitation goals, while collaborating effectively with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries, celebrating milestones achieved by our patients. This Registered Nurse role is part of a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 nationwide locations.
