Job Summary
Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting responsible for supervising care, leading patient assessments, and tailoring care plans to support patient recovery. Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure coordinated direct patient care and serves as a resource for staff regarding complex patient needs. Requires an active RN license; CPR certification required with ACLS preferred and CRRN preferred. Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred. Located in Vancourt, TX; onsite, inpatient role within Encompass Health.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
