RN Patient Flow Coordinator-Night Shift

Oversees and optimizes patient movement throughout the hospital to ensure safe, efficient transitions of care. The RN Patient Flow Coordinator collaborates with nursing units, providers, case management, bed management, the ED, procedural areas, and ancillary departments to reduce bottlenecks, improve throughput, and maintain appropriate capacity. Uses clinical judgment, real-time data, and operational awareness to facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
