Job Summary
Provide coordinated nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg-Oncology unit by delivering and supervising RN-led care, deploying clinical priorities with the Clinical Director, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, guiding shift assignments and staff coaching, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring readiness for accreditation and regulatory requirements, and facilitating patient flow, physician communications, discharge planning, and resource utilization while upholding MLH mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- RN license to practice in the state where work is performed
- Med/Surg experience preferred (Oncology)
