Job Summary
Provide clinical support to the physician and direct nursing care to patients in an efficiently operated clinic. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, performing nursing triage, conducting physical exams, and documenting patient care accurately. The role requires participation in staff meetings, arranging patient follow-up care, maintaining medical supplies, and ensuring a safe environment. Must have an Associate Degree in Nursing, current RN license, CPR certification, and 5+ years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia or from a state that is part of a Compact agreement with Virginia
- CPR certified
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Participates in educational and training programs
- Ability to provide care and communicate to all age groups
- Responsible, versatile individual willing to accept a variety of responsibilities
- Assumes a leadership role in absence of a senior staff member
