Job Summary
RN by Saint Helena Hospital in Saint Helena, CA delivers coordinated nursing care to assigned patients per established standards and nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff, coordinates with disciplines, analyzes data, develops and implements care plans, and ensures safe environment. Collaborates with patient/family and healthcare team, provides health information, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requires RN licensure in-state, BLS/CPR certification, and ACLS as applicable; BSN preferred. Daily responsibilities emphasize patient-centered care, critical thinking, supervision, care coordination, and adherence to vaccination requirements and E-Verify policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- CPR or BLS certification from AH policy: Required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
