Job Summary
As an RN at Patewood Post Acute, provide and supervise direct patient care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes to the care team. Lead and support LPNs and CNAs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations to promote a safe, resident-centered environment. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in quality care delivery with emphasis on compassionate post-acute nursing for an underserved population. PRN opportunities available in addition to part-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
