Job Summary
RN – Part Time Overnight (10:00 pm–6:30 am) at a not-for-profit senior care facility. Provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care within established standards and ethics. Requires an unencumbered RN license in the practice state; nursing education should align with a nationally accredited program; bachelor's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where practice occurs
- Current unencumbered RN license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Ability to work part-time night shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) and every other weekend/holiday rotation
