RN - Part Time Overnights - LTC

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, and coordinates care across settings. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within scope of practice. Maintains competencies and adheres to state practice acts and professional standards to ensure safe, quality care for residents in a long-term care setting.
