Job Summary
RN needed for part-time overnight shifts (10:00 pm–6:30 am) at a not-for-profit senior care facility. Responsibilities include nursing process implementation, resident assessment and care planning, collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, coordination of care, potential to serve as charge nurse, and delegation to licensed/unlicensed personnel. Qualifying candidates hold an unencumbered RN license and preferably a BSN; prior experience with elder care and adherence to Nurse Practice Act standards is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
