Job Summary
RN - Part Time Overnights for a not-for-profit senior-care facility. The role entails applying the nursing process to provide individualized resident care, collaborating with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, and potentially serving as charge nurse. Requires licensure as an RN (preferably with a BSN) and current competence in nursing standards, with care across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment domains. Offers part-time overnight shifts (10:00 pm–6:30 am), every other weekend/holiday rotation, night and weekend shift differentials, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required departmental competencies and certifications; shift: 8 hours night
- Part-time schedule with 20 weekly hours; 10:00 pm - 6:30 am; every other weekend and holiday rotation
