Job Summary
RN - Part Time Overnight in LTC: Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff. Requires RN license; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Shift is 10:00 pm–6:30 am, part-time (20 hours/week) with every other weekend and holiday rotation; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), sign-on bonus, education assistance, PTO, and ongoing advancement opportunities. Includes shift differential for nights/weekends and access to earnings daily; pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (unencumbered) in the state of practice
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current licensure in state or multistate licensure if applicable
- Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications for department
