Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for using the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents in a part-time overnight schedule (10:00 pm–6:30 am) with 20 hours per week at a not-for-profit senior-care facility in Battle Lake, MN. Responsibilities include collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care; care coordination, resident assessment, and education; potential to serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff within scope. Requires RN licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
