Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff within competency. Requires an RN license and prefers a Bachelor's Degree in nursing; part-time night shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am) with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation, 20 hours weekly, and shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Comply with department competencies and certifications
- Experience in nursing practice and patient care in a long-term care setting (implied by role)
