Job Summary
RN needed for part-time overnight shifts (10:00 pm–6:30 am) at a non-profit senior care facility. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to provide individualized resident care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, coordinating care, resident assessment and education, and potentially serving as charge nurse. Shift includes every other weekend and holiday rotation with night-time premiums, holiday pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits; sign-on bonus offered. Requires RN license and nursing program graduation with preferred Bachelor’s degree in nursing; ongoing competencies and certifications required. Location: Battle Lake, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred but not required; nursing program graduation expected
- Ability to obtain and maintain required department competencies and certifications
- Nurse licensure in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state
Desired Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current or eligible for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate licensure preferred
