Job Summary
RN - Part Time Overnights in LTC: Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, and coordination of care in a 8-hour night shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am) with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation. Must hold an unencumbered RN license and meet department competencies; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
