Job Summary
The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit senior housing and services facility, coordinating with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care across preventive, health maintenance, diagnostic, and treatment activities, and may serve as charge nurse with delegation to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred or required)
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
