Job Summary
The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all phases of care, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, and may serve as charge nurse. Responsibilities include coordinating care and ensuring safe, high-quality nursing interventions, with night-shift, part-time hours (10:00 pm–6:30 am) and weekend/holiday rotations. The role requires licensure in the practice state and adherence to nursing standards and ethics within a Christian, not-for-profit senior-care setting. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
