Job Summary
The RN will provide individualized nursing care to residents in a part-time overnight role (10:00 pm–6:30 am; 20 weekly hours) in a not-for-profit senior care facility. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation of care, coordination with inter-disciplinary team, resident education, and possible charge nurse duties. Requires RN license and a nursing degree with preference for a Bachelor's in nursing; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for advancement. Shift: 8-hour night shifts with every-other weekend/holiday rotation; includes shift differential and various premium pay/benefits.
