Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit senior-care facility. Collaborates with residents and families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Provides safe, high-quality nursing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Requires RN license in the practicing state; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Shift is part-time straight nights (10:00 pm–6:30 am), 20 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
