Job Summary
RN - Part Time Overnights in LTC: Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to residents; collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel; ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and adherence to Nurse Practice Act and ethics standards. Night shift 10:00 pm–6:30 am, part-time with every other weekend and holiday rotation; benefits, sign-on bonus, shift differential, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state (NLC)
- Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications
