RN PART-TIME NIGHTSHIFT

Conduct thorough assessments of patient or resident health status, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and monitor patient responses to adjust care as needed. Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and respiratory treatments while providing patient and family education on medications and lifestyle adjustments. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and respond promptly to medical emergencies with life-saving interventions. Advocate for patient rights and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to coordinate holistic care approaches.
