Job Summary
RN in Medical-Surgical unit working part-time nights (7p-7a or 7p-7:30a/11p-7:30a) with rotating holidays. Provides direct nursing care following policies and protocols; develops and implements individualized care plans using the nursing process; educates patients and families; collaborates with the inter-professional team; demonstrates leadership by mentoring nursing colleagues; utilizes evidence-based practice; maintains safety and ethical standards; must hold active RN licensure and BLS certification across applicable states.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- State RN Licensure in WI/MO/IL/OK (or ability to obtain compact licensure as applicable)
- Basic Life Support for HealthCare Providers (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse in the applicable state
- Ability to work night shift (7p-7a) and rotate holidays
- Strong nursing clinical skills in medical-surgical setting
- Commitment to patient- and family-centered care
- Ability to coordinate with inter-professional team
