RN Part-Time - IMSL Float Pool (Outpatient M-F)

Job Summary
The RN will float to outpatient primary care clinics within the service line as needed, working 8-hour shifts that vary from 0730-1800 on a part-time basis (20+ hours per week) in outpatient Monday–Friday settings. The role involves promoting wellness, improving patient outcomes, and supporting self-care for patients with chronic conditions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized plans of care with patients and families, coordinating care and follow-up for patients seen in outpatient facilities, handling prescription refill coordination and patient education in collaboration with physician staff, documenting care in the medical record, and contributing to evidence-based nursing practice and education for patients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master’s degree in Nursing
- Valid Registered Nursing License
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience
- BLS
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills
