Job Summary
The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation). Collaborates with residents and families, and with an interdisciplinary team of providers to plan, implement and evaluate care. Delivers care across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment phases; coordinates care, resident assessment, and education, and may serve as charge nurse delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel appropriate to resident needs and staff competence. Practices within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable state rules, upholding the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Requires current RN licensure; Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. This is a Part Time, Day shift position with Sanford Health’s rural health system footprint in the upper Midwest. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in state of practice
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred (not required)
- multistate licensure if in NLC state
- competencies/certifications as applicable to nursing practice
