Implement the nursing process for assigned patients of all ages, from infancy to geriatric, ensuring care aligns with Kentucky Nursing Laws and organizational policies. Promote positive patient outcomes by collaborating with the inter-professional team and initiating change through involvement in unit-based and hospital shared governance councils. Serve as a role model by actively participating in continuous professional development and lifelong learning while exercising appropriate nursing judgment. Maintain an active Kentucky license with a BSN preferred and BLS within 90 days.
