Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in the Phase 1 recovery Surgical Services Team at Winchester Hospital, you will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes; collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal care strategy; support and educate patients and their families to achieve maximum outcomes. Must be a graduate of a state-approved/accredited RN program with MA RN licensure. BSN strongly encouraged. Vaccination against influenza is required. The role emphasizes direct patient care in a surgical services setting within a Magnet-designated hospital in Massachusetts; compensation includes a base hourly wage with potential for differential pay.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- BSN strongly encouraged
