Job Summary
RN PACU – Part-Time Days: Provides patient-centered perioperative care as an RN in the PACU, coordinating assessments and medications, assisting physicians during procedures, ensuring infection control, documenting in the medical record, and participating in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery. Emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team, adherence to policies, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
