Job Summary
RN-PACU, part-time PM shift, provides patient care in the perianesthesia setting as part of Enloe Medical Center’s care team. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care according to the medical plan, collaborating with other care team members, and demonstrating technical competence and professional judgment in a demanding environment. Required: California RN license, CPR, ACLS; PALS within one year; at least 18 months of critical care experience; Basic Arrhythmia knowledge. Preferred BSN; preceptorship experience and ability to participate in unit-based QI tasks and ongoing education. Benefits include comprehensive packages and supportive work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months current/recent critical care experience
- Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent (within one year of hire)
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- PALS recognition within one year
- BSN or related field preferred (Desired)
- Certified Peri-Anesthesia nurse (CPAN) and/or Certified Ambulatory Peri-Anesthesia (CAPA) preferred (Desired)
