Job Summary
Manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to complications for surgical patients in the immediate post-operative recovery phase. Provide initial wound care, ensure patient stability, and collaborate closely with the surgical and anesthesia teams. Assess patient conditions throughout shifts, document changes thoroughly, and educate families on medical conditions and follow-up measures. Maintain on-call availability during select non-business hours as discussed in the interview.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
