RN PACU CALL PRN

Manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to complications while providing initial wound care and ensuring patient stability during recovery. Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team, assess patient conditions throughout the shift, and document changes thoroughly. Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills. On-call availability during select non-business hours is required.
