RN PACU CALL PRN

Manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to complications for surgical patients in the PACU. Provide initial wound care, ensure patient stability during recovery, and collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. Assess patient conditions throughout the shift, document changes thoroughly, and educate families on treatment and follow-up. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while applying the nursing process and critical thinking skills. This role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours. Staffing support is available from certified nurse assistants, patient care techs, charge nurses, and an internal RN float pool.
