Job Summary
RN Overnight Supervisor responsible for delegating, supervising, and providing personal nursing care for residents while leading nursing staff during the overnight shift (7pm-7am) at Allison Pointe Healthcare Center. Duties include ensuring adequate staffing levels, orienting/training staff, developing shift assignments, communicating with ancillary departments, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining accurate resident documentation and census in the electronic health record, participating in care plan development and reviews, and providing professional nursing care with a focus on high-quality resident outcomes. Requires current RN license in Indiana, a nursing degree from an accredited program, prior long-term care and supervisory experience, and the ability to provide leadership and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current license as an RN in the state where the center is located
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of an approved RN Program
- Must have previous long term care experience
- Previous supervisory/management experience required
