Job Summary
Overnight Registered Nurse responsible for providing personal care and skilled nursing services to residents and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. Role includes conducting rounds, observing infection control procedures, identifying safety issues, coordinating with physicians and families, documenting care and discharge/transfer activities, administering medications, and ensuring compassionate, compliant resident care during the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse
- Must possess or be able to obtain current CPR certification
- Must have an adequate understanding of English and be able to speak and write it well
