Job Summary

RN Team Leader in outpatient tissue and vascular services leads a self-directed team in collaboration with a clinician partner to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities include leadership and professional competencies, staffing prioritization, workflow design with physician leadership, mentoring and coaching of team members, participation in hiring and training, monitoring clinical competencies, ensuring HIPAA and policy adherence, coordinating information flow during emergencies, and delivering patient- and service-focused care aligned with Kaiser Permanente goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory care/clinical setting within the last five (5) years.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in scrubbing and circulating for Specialty posted.
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
  • Basic Life Support
  • Completion of Kaiser Permanente LMP Training prior to or upon hire.
  • Demonstrates experience in clinical, leadership and team building skills.
  • Able to type 20 words per minute.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, time and conflict management skills.
  • Willingness to learn computerized information systems.
  • Demonstrates commitment to customer focused care.
  • Demonstrates ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and within a dynamic work environment.
