Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in ambulatory/outpatient settings and telephone triage using the nursing process per clinic staffing models; manage medication refills as an agent of the provider; ensure safe, timely, effective, patient-centered care; EPIC charting; participate in ongoing education, safety programs, and clinical lead roles where eligible.
Required Qualifications
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- Degree from accredited nursing program; minimum ADN with BSN completion within 5 years of hire
- Specialty Certifications in area of practice preferred
- BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required for all
- CDS Outpatient
- Oncology Chemotherapy certification (specialty care clinics)
- ACLS, PALS (Urgent Care)
- PALS (Pediatric Urgent Care)
- Experience: New graduate or experienced nurse from an accredited program
