RN-Outpatient Team Nurse-PEH

RN-Outpatient Team Nurse-PEH provides high-quality professional nursing services in ambulatory care settings, including direct patient care during nurse visits and telephone triage, with medication refill management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols. The role supports patient-centered care, utilizes the EPIC charting system, and involves night/weekend shift differentials, education/certification opportunities, and compliance with safety and professional standards. Requires licensure in NM or a Compact state, ADN with BSN completion plan, and BLS; additional area-specific certifications (ACLS, PALS, Oncology Chemotherapy) and ongoing training are required. Eligible for tuition/certification reimbursement and loan forgiveness programs; malpractice liability insurance provided. Multiple duties include applying the nursing process to deliver care, triage, and ensure timely, safe, and equitable patient care. Compensation ranges from $37.80 to $51.00 per hour with full-time, days shift, and staff safety programs available.
