Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) sought for outpatient Women’s Care in Logan Health Women’s Care Team in Kalispell, MT. Provide RN triage call coverage, room patients, take vital signs, and prepare charts for provider visits. Monitor and maintain clinical supplies and ensure equipment is ready for use. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, coordinated care; participate in ongoing clinical education, competency checks, and quality initiatives. Requires Montana RN license or multi-state compact license, and BLS within 7 days of hire. Ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable, with strong communication and confidentiality skills, prepared to contribute to a mission-driven women’s health program.
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana (required)
- Healthcare Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first (required)
- Working knowledge of medical office equipment, instruments, infection control, and clinical procedures
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and safe handling of clinical materials
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
