RN Outpatient - Rheumatology - McMurray - Full Time

Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement patient care plans for rheumatology patients in an outpatient setting. Assign or delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff based on patient needs and skill levels. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care, promote patient safety initiatives, and participate in department-specific quality and evidence-based practice projects. Provide verbal and written feedback to peers, mentor staff, and cultivate a collaborative work environment. Maintain continuous learning through professional development and systematic peer review while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and patient satisfaction goals.
