RN Outpatient - Outpatient Services - PT - 1st Shift

Assess patient needs and priorities, then plan and delegate care based on those assessments. Evaluate patient response to care and progress toward expected outcomes while maintaining established standards of care and policies. Remain accountable for all patient care outcomes delivered during the assigned shift. Requires current Alabama or multi-state nursing license, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment. New graduates accepted with department-specific competencies completed within the provisional period.
