RN Outpatient

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations while directing ancillary personnel. Complete nursing assessments on new admissions, initiate medication reconciliation across admission, transfer, and discharge, and perform venipuncture per policy. Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, document ongoing patient observations and interventions, and provide education based on developmental factors. Demonstrate safe medication administration, adhere to hospital policies, and apply problem-solving skills to meet core measure requirements.
