RN Outpatient- Full Time, Days

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, plan, and evaluate individualized care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients during admission, transfer, and discharge. Initiate medication reconciliation, perform venipuncture, and administer medications while verifying patient safety and adhering to hospital policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans and provide patient education based on developmental factors. Document ongoing patient observations, interventions, and responses to maintain accurate care records. Maintain CPR certification and demonstrate problem-solving skills to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
