RN Team Leader/Charge RN in an outpatient department leads and collaborates with clinicians to develop a high-functioning self-directed team, prioritizes staffing with the manager/staffing specialist, designs and facilitates workflow processes, mentors and coaches team members, ensures quality patient care, and supports Kaiser Permanente’s mission and values. The role requires clinical nursing expertise, leadership and team-building skills, effective communication with patients and staff, and the ability to participate in hiring, training, and evaluating processes, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and leveraging practice management systems.
