Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients with diverse needs. Responsibilities include gathering patient data, developing care plans, documenting care provided, teaching patients, administering medications, and providing direct patient care. The RN leads the healthcare team, supervises nursing assistants, and serves as a resource person. A BSN is preferred, and candidates must have a valid RN license and BLS certification, along with one year of clinical nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- One year prior clinical nursing experience

- Evidence of experience in working effectively and positively with patients, care providers, and the multi-disciplinary team
- Evidence of the ability to perform as a member of a team
